When a Backpack Is Better Than a Backpack
There are a lot of gorgeous diaper bags on the market today – some practical and some not so much – but I’ve never seen anything like the Alpha Sherpa diaper backpack from Canadian company Baby Sherpa. It’s not just a comfortable backpack – it’s the most well-designed “diaper bag” ever, and it’s the kind of bag you can use for years after you finish carrying diapers. It’s five bags in one with a total of ten pockets – a padded laptop backpacks that holds a 14 inch laptop, an insulated cooler for snacks and bevvies (whether they come in a sippy cup or not), a parent pack with a change pad & bottle holder, a padded interior pocket and special pockets for your mobile devices & other electronic goodies. It is pretty sweet i will say. Although it seems like you could get one of these as a school bag for much cheaper than the price tag. Which would do pretty much the same thing

I’ve seen this backpack around and it sounds totally awesome. We only travel with backpacks because it keeps your hands free ~ which you totally need with a little one. My hubby would not mind carrying this diaper bag!

This bag looks wonderful. I have tried several different styles of diaper bags and backpacks seem to work best for me. You can pack lots of stuff in them, especially the all too necessary snacks, and backpacks make it so much easier to chase after my busy kids! I love all the pockets to help keep you organized in this bag. I’ve found that most other bags just have one big pocket which acts like a black hole making it impossible to find something when you need it. Thanks!

I love it we used a backpack because it just made more sense when baby carrying but this purpose build bag looks amazing.

I really need this bag also. I got whiplash twice. Once from work and the second from an accident and my shoulders and neck get so sore from wearing children, a purse, a diaper bag and a spiderman backpack. I use a sling and other carriers for my baby and backpacks are perfect for diaper bags. So this would be great with all those pockets!

I’ve been eyeing this backpack ever since I first heard of it. Not for myself (although I would totally love it), but for my overworked daughter. She recently became a single mom, with two daughters aged 7 months and 2 years old….she’s a full-time student (although she only goes 3 days a week, she takes a full courseload), and she works on the days that she doesn’t go to school. This backpack would fit her books, her laptop, AND her baby items all in one bag.
