I want to give this as a gift to a friend of mine who is currently pregnant and having a really hard time. She’s had bad sciatica, RLS, and nausea from day one and now a few weeks into her second trimester it’s still not going away!
She is definitely not feeling hot, so this book might help her out.

I felt fat, grumpy and hot. Had morning sickness and everything. Nothing would fit. Thankfully my kids were born happy and healthy!

Excitement, anticipation and end result make 9 months so worth it! I didn’t feel attractive, I was always uncomfortable and I was very emotional!

I haven’t gotten pregnant yet. I hope to be soon, but I’d like to read the book before I get preg! : ) My really close friends had difficult pregnancies and they certainly did not feel “hot” in THAT sense…they were just sweating!

I felt like crap in the latter part of the first and the third trimester. In the second trimester, when my bump finally developed, I felt pretty hot… but as it got bigger and bigger and the numbers on the scale went up and up, clothing options went down, and I just wanted it to be over and to be a non-pregnant woman again!

Other than the last two months I really enjoyed being pregant.. it was the first time ever that being “chubby” was ok.. lol I also really enjoyed the stomach.. surprisingly.

The only thing I did hate was when I started to swell all over and it became super uncomfortable to sleep, lay down, walk.. whatever.. I felt worthless and helpless for a few weeks there.

I did not feel like a “hot mama” when I was pregnant. I just felt…frumpy! I bet this book would be great! We’re hoping for baby #2 in the near future.

Hmmm, three pregnancies, and I didn’t feel “hot” at all (although I was definitely hot for 2 of them during a few miserable summer months!!)

The excitement, anticipation, and end result make those 9 months so worth it, though…even if I didn’t feel attractive, I was always uncomfortable, and I was utterly emotional!

Both of my pregnancies were fairly 'normal' although the second time around I was way more moodier than with the first. I gained a ton of weight the first time, and a normal amount the second time, but overall can't complain! Both my kids were born early, happy and healthy! So far, so good. I have gained more weight than I thought I would (who doesn’t). I just started getting to the point where my back starts hurting at the end of the day. Sleep is not so great, but the fact that me and the peanut inside are healthy make up for everything.
