The joy of dance & movement is essential to developing health, grace, motar & movement skills, rhythm and beat, not to mention so many of great things. run. Learning to express oneself with one's body and music is a gift. Learning he different types of tones, tunes, music, even lyrics..where words are super meaningful are just a few of the wonderful skills learned from "Dnace to the Beat" I really enjoyed seeing the celery stamping and other ingenious techniques, games, ideas.etc..
