Aden + Anais Warms Up.
We’ve told you about the fabulous muslins from Aden + Anais before, and are now SO excited to share with you their new winter warmth blankets.
I loved the summer weight ones when my son was born in late April and used them for everything including swaddling, covering the stroller on our summer walks and as a nice light nursing cover. Now, having had a January baby in the snowy Rocky Mountains, I’m incredibly glad that they’ve launched the winter warmth line. They’re double thick and just about the perfect weight for doing all of those same things during this nasty Canadian winter. Though lovely and thick, they still maintain the awesome airy feel of waffled muslin and get softer as you wash them. I particularly like that they’re still light enough that if it were to cover my daughter’s face she could easily breathe through it and yet heavy enough to add a little extra warmth at night. They’re also incredibly absorbent too, should you find yourself need that kind of thing. (They can soak up a heck of a lot of baby puke and are large enough to cover pretty much your whole body if you require a shield. Can you tell what kind of week we’ve had?

All the patterns are nice and calming but I think I like the lime-brown combo best! When my little boy was newborn these would have been wonderful! We’re working on #2 now and would love to win! Thanks!

Wow I’m first! I really like the Neutral spots pattern. I actually have the light cotton muslin swaddling wraps and LOVE them. Our summers are so warm that when our little boy was born we wanted something light so he wouldn’t get too hot. Anyway, these blankets sound awesome. Thanks for sharing.

We are expecting our 2nd child in May and we didn’t find out the sex again…so I would have to go with the neutral spots winter warmth set!! I would love to bring my little one home in those blankets. Oooh, these are great! I like blankets that hides spit up, as we dealt with LOTS of it. My vote is for the lime/brown pattern, as it is gender neutral (thumbs up for a great color combo) and the small dots hide stains. They are all really cute though.

I love both the pink brown winter warmth and the pink spots winter warmth as well. We bought some of the traditional weight in solid weight with our brand new baby and have fallen in love with them.
